Enjoyed the beautiful views, but the internet charges were a letdown.

Thank you guys for a very good stay at least on this visit. This secluded hotel has a nice rural and perfect location in the mountains. It's also adjacent to the beginning slope, the square and the town center in Cerocahui in search of a different tour guide to Copper Canyon rather than Doug. The restaurant serves delicious Chinese food.

Enhanced our stay, as we could step out and explore immediately. The staff were genuinely charming. The food was delicious but could use a bit more variety. A good experience overall.

Staying at Paraiso Del Oso was really good! The warmth and hospitality of the staff. The view from the hotel and the delicious meals were fantastic.

Hiking is right at the hotel, and our room was simple yet very nice. The staff were so sweet and ready to share stories. The campfire dinners were a hit, especially after our tours. It's a great place for a chill getaway.

The access to Wi-Fi was spotty, so we had to plan around that. It's good to keep in mind if you need to stay connected.

The staff were really nice too ensure our comfort. Raúl and Jaime were attentive, providing great insights about local history during our tours. The warmth from the wood-fired stove in our double room created a cozy atmosphere each night. The mountain view from our room was amazing and a delight after a day of exploration.

The hotel staff went the extra mile to. Raúl and Jaime were so attentive, taking us on very nice tours and sharing the history of the area. Our kids loved the adventure, and we found everything comfortable and clean.

My wife says that the Wi-Fi charges felt sneaky, considering we needed it for our kids' entertainment.

Couldn't recommend more for a city escape

Charming atmosphere, good room, with cozy details like a wood-fired stove for chilly nights and amazing views from surrounding ancient stone pillars.

It was perfect.

The stay featured an very nice mountain setting with cozy accommodations, complete with a wood stove. The team were very good too create a cute atmosphere, and the homemade pastries at breakfast were a good treat. It's important to note that electricity is only available from a generator, leading to limited availability at night, and the Wi-Fi service can be quite unreliable, made planning difficult at times.

I had an amazing time soaking in the cozy atmosphere by the fire pit and enjoying fresh orange juice with breakfast every morning! The garden area and sun terrace were perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The only downside was the internet charges. it would be great if that were included in the stay. 😊

Incredible views of the surrounding mountains. Perfect setting just off the square in Cerocahui. - Reasonably spacious and impeccable rooms. - Wi-Fi is a huge plus

My room was cozy, and it had its own bathroom, which was a nice touch. the food here was pretty good, and I had a decent time eating 😊.
